Class Booking and Cancellation Procedures

Version 2 – Updated August 2019

PLEASE NOTE:

The below system is in place for YOU, not us. Our fair usage and cancellation policy currently does NOT work. Members are booking up weeks in advance on to multiple classes with the thought “I might make it and will just cancel if not”.  This attitude is just a lack of respect for others on waiting lists desperate to book on. ONLY BOOK IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN MAKE IT PLEASE.

We are not implementing this system for financial gain but unfortunately in most life scenarios “MONEY TALKS” and people tend to only respond when being penalised in the pocket!!

We have decided to DONATE 50% of the cancellation fee to our local Hospital at Heanor. Charges MUST be made at reception, over the phone or via bank transfer before you attend your next class.

Genuine cancellation and no shows will always happen, we appreciate that life takes twists and turns out of our control so please talk to us if you was unable to adhere to the below for some reason. We are realists and appreciate that things happen from time to time that we cannot legislate for including work, children, health and family etc……… Thank you in advance J

Classes can be booked up to 21 DAYS in advance via the app, phone, Facebook or at reception.

Please have RESPECT for fellow members when booking classes. Can you actually make it?

Cancellations MUST be made 3 HOURS before the class start time that you are booked on. Failure to cancel within 3 hours will automatically incur an immediate charge of £3.00. You will also be removed automatically from the next class that you are booked on for and added on to the waiting list for that class.

A complete NO SHOW giving no prior cancellation warning will result in you being removed from ALL classes that you are booked on to for the next 7 days and being automatically added to the waiting lists instead. You will also incur a £6.00 charge for the class you failed to attend.
